Friedman Electric, Exeter, Pa., recently expanded its Energy Solutions Division to include a solar specialist, and has completed installation on a 30kW photovoltaic (PV) solar system at its corporate headquarters in Exeter. The system will showcase all of the solar products stocked by the company while producing power to help run the company’s operations. The solar system is the first to be installed on a Sonepar operating company in the U.S. The system is a ballasted roof-mount setup featuring 132 Trina PV modules and three 10K SMA Sunny Boy inverters.
