Schneider Electric Acquires Magnecraft Products From MSD

Schneider Electric recently acquired the Magnecraft line of industrial relays from U.S. supplier MSD.

The company plans to incorporate the line with its existing Telemecanique and Square D product lines. The Magnecraft product line grossed $14 million in sales in 2004.
