Home Depot Supply Canada, the retailer’s commercial-industrial arm, has acquired Sesco, a four-unit electrical distributor in the Toronto area, according to Home Center News. Terms of the deal, which closed on Dec. 6, were not disclosed.

According to Home Depot Canada, Sesco has 67 employees. No other details regarding the purchase were available.
