Electrical Price Index - March, 2021 Update

Some big-time increases in prices in the most recent report.

The March Electrical Price Index showed some of the largest increases Electrical Marketing’s editors have ever seen, with a +2% increase over Feb. 2021 and a +7.7% increase over March 2020. Nine categories registered increases of more than 1%, with Conduit Fittings leading the pack with a +6.7% increase, followed by a +5.1% increase in Nonmetallic conduit. Multiple categories showed double-digit year-over-year increases.
