After a steady run of dramatic activity for EM’s Electrical Price Index (EPI), things settled down with no monthly change from March. The only categories with a change of 1% or more were Pole-Line Hardware (-2%); Panelboards & Switches (-1%); and Air Conditioners (+1.5%), which led all categories YOY with a +12.7% increase. Ballasts (+9%); Power Wire & Cable (+7.5%); and Industrial Fixtures (+7%) had big YOY increases.
