Unseasonably cold and icy conditions have shut down a wind farm in northern New Brunswick, Canada, for several weeks. According to a report in the New Brunswick Business Journal, a 99MW wind farm 70 kilometers northwest of Bathurst, New Brunswick, isn't operating right now because heavy ice is covering the blades of the 33 wind turbines.
