TE Connectivity (TE) (Darmstadt, Germany): This international manufacturer of connectors and sensors appointed two new senior managers in North America. Dale Papovitch is now industry marketing lead for the region and Seth Gillespie is senior manager, Sales Operations. Both report to Jason Moore, TE Industrial Americas director of sales.
Papovitch rejoins TE Connectivity, having been director business development, global IP strategy, from 2010 through 2016. She has held senior positions in Motorola, General Instrument, Bentley Systems and Science Applications International in the US and Europe and brings extensive experience in strategic partnership programs, marketing, product management, business development and leading global cross-functional teams.
Gillespie has been promoted from within the company, having most recently been part of the strategy team within TE’s Channel Business Unit. Seth joined TE in November 2015, after several years in various consulting roles across multiple industries. He has spent most of his career in strategy development and deployment, as well as large-scale enterprise transformation. Seth holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
