Keysight Technologies' Headquarters Impacted by Northern California Fires

Oct. 11, 2017
The company's four main buildings are intact but two modular structures sustained more extensive damage.

Keysight Technologies, Santa Rosa, CA, manufacturer and software provider in the instrumentation and power supplies market, said its corporate headquarters in Santa Rosa is temporarily shut down due to the wildfires burning in the area. A Keysight representative confirmed that all four main buildings are intact, although there appears to be some minor damage. Two modular structures and several automobiles suffered more extensive damage.

The company said in a release that it will provide further information after they are granted full access to the facility by the local authorities.

“Teams of safety experts will evaluate the buildings as soon as fires in the surrounding areas are controlled and it is safe to return to the area,” the release said.

The company has announced that the site will remain closed at least through Tuesday, Oct. 10, and that they will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation. Business continues as usual at Keysight’s other 145 worldwide locations.

Keysight is contacting its Santa Rosa site employees to verify their status and is providing additional resources as required.
