The company said this expansion is a strategic move that brings economies of scale for their manufacturers by creating consistency across Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. “It is one more step for Lester Sales in becoming the ‘Rep of the Future’” in the words of a company press release.
The firm recently added the following lines to its Ohio line card: Advance Ballasts (Philips), Bridgeport Fittings (Northern Ohio), G-Strut, Nicor Lighting, Perma-Cote, Philips Lamps, RDA Lighting, and Texas Fluorescents.
To support this growth, the company has expanded its sales team in the Ohio market. Kevin Wood, vice president – Sales; John Watson – sales manager, Commercial Products; Mike Studer – Commercial / Lighting Sales – Northern Ohio; Jim Harrison – Commercial / Lighting Sales – Central Ohio; and David Grote – Lighting Specialist – Southern / Central Ohio all have joined the agency’s existing team of Adam Greene – Commercial / Industrial / Lighting – Central & Southern Ohio; Darrell Hall – Industrial Sales – Southern Ohio and Chad Kaiser – Industrial Sales – Central Ohio.
