U.S. Commerce Department to Impose Modest Tariffs on Chinese Solar Panels


In a development that has implications for electrical manufacturers, reps and distributors who are active in the solar power market, the U.S. Department of Commerce moved to impose import duties of less than 5% on solar panels imported to the United States from China.
