Bridgeport Fittings, Stratford, Conn., handed out rep awards at its annual awards banquet at the NEMRA Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., in February. Representative of the Year awards went to Becker Sales, Platinum Market; and Hozack Inc., Gold Market. Nancy Clement, Lester Sales, received the Customer Service Representative of the Year award. The following people received Saleperson of the Year (Regional) Awards: South: Scott Racy, Marvin Bochner Inc.; North: Adam Chase, Lester Sales Co.; West: Ken Spridgeon, Hozack Inc.; and Midwest: Pat Lawless, Lawless Sales Inc. Dick Hansen, Rouzer Sales Co., received the Conversion Salesperson of the Year award.
Lester Sales Co. Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., created three management positions. Those positions are: Jeffery Bluethmann, CPMR, CDT, inside sales manager; Matthew Bush, CPMR, Kentucky territory sales manager; and James Johnson, CPMR, Indiana sales manager. The management team was created as an integral part of the company’s succession planning.
