L&S Electric, Schofield, Wis., recently acquired Antec Motor Service, a rotating apparatus repair and service facility in Mounds View, Minn.
In addition to expanding rotating apparatus repair, the acquisition will add L&S Electric’s capabilities in electrical equipment sales, reliability services, power services, electrical engineering and control panel manufacturing.
L&S President Tim Kilgore said, “This acquisition enables us to extend this offering to manufacturers and utilities in and around the Twin Cities and Minnesota in general.”
L&S Electric has 12 locations serving the Upper Midwest and Canada. One of the largest motor repair service providers in the United States, L&S also distributes a wide variety of motors and electrical products and provides complete reliability and power services.
