Members of the Klein Tradesman Club will be comprised of Klein Tools’ customer base of professional tool users, including electricians, contractors and maintenance pros. Klein customers can enroll in the club through a specially created Web site at www.kleintradesmanclub.com. Membership is free. “The Tradesman Club brings us closer to our end users, enabling us to better understand their needs and continue to meet their expectations,” said Larry Wegner, Klein Tools’ manager of marketing services. “We want to reward our loyal customers and promote continued loyalty through membership in high-impact, high-value programs.” One membership benefit is a quarterly newsletter called The Tool Bag,” offered via e-mail or regular mail, provides readers with a range of industry and job-related news, as well as first-hand information on new Klein Tools products.
