Colonial Electric Supply, King of Prussia, Pa., recently launched its Guaranteed 500 program, pledging to customers that Colonial’s top 500 items will be in-stock and ready for pick-up or next-day delivery at any of Colonial’s branch locations. If an item is not in stock, the customer will receive a $25 service credit on his account.
The Guaranteed 500 program replaces Colonial’s Guaranteed 250 program, creating a bigger, better and more convenient program for customers. "We increased the number of items in this program as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service. Guaranteed 500 assures customers that we will have what they need, when they need it, saving them time and money," said Peter Bellwoar, executive vice president, sales and marketing.
