Big Apple Electrical Companies to See More Work as WTC Rebuilding Kicks Off

Plans to rebuild the World Trade Center will not be firmed up for a few weeks, but one project has been approved and is steaming ahead.

E-J Electric Installation Co., a Long Island City, N.Y.-based electrical contractor, recently won the electrical contract for the first phase of No. 7 World Trade. E-J built and maintained the World Trade Center's security system and will now set up the conduit needed to run the electrical, telephone and security service to feed the building.
