Construction projects that didn’t beat the odds in Vegas

Here are VegasInc.com’s picks for the biggest stalled construction projects in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. They include the Fontainebleau, a $2.9 billion would-be Strip resort; the Harmon Hotel, which was supposed to have 400 hotel rooms and 21 floors of condos; and a bunch of mixed used projects out in the Vegas burbs.
